Access Control lets you manage who affiliates with your organization on CITI Program by restricting access to learners with email addresses from one or more authorized email domains. This ensures that only users with an email address matching one of the approved domains can affiliate with your organization. With Screen and Strict options, Access Control provides tailored security that fits your organization’s needs:
- Screen: Places unverified email addresses in a pending queue, where administrators can approve or deny requests.
- Strict: Requires all learners to use an authorized domain email, ensuring strong affiliation control.
- Warn: Provides a request for the learner to enter an email address from the authorized domain, but still allows learners who do not enter an authorized domain email address to affiliate and take courses with no intervention from the organization’s administrator.
Customize your Access Control message and include contact details, so learners know who to reach with affiliation questions.
