Anne Kelly, PhD

The Nature Conservancy Alaska

Dr. Kelly is an ecohydrologist who has spent her career developing and promoting best practices in safety, diversity, and inclusion in academia and field research. She has directed three field research stations and led a global project to make field stations safer and more inclusive. Dr. Kelly also co-sponsored the Workshop to Promote Safety in Field Sciences, focusing on preventing and responding to harassment and bullying. She has conducted field research in the Arctic, eastern Canada, Utah, and across California. She is presently the Deputy Director for The Nature Conservancy Alaska.
