Carol Nemeroff, PhD

Carol Nemeroff, PhD, is Dean and Professor of Interdisciplinary Leadership Studies at the University of New Brunswick and Principal at the Maine Regulatory Training and Ethics Center (MeRTEC). She has chaired Institutional Review Boards at Arizona State University and the University of Southern Maine and taught professional ethics to students and professionals. She received her B.A. (Psychology) from McGill University and her PhD (Clinical Psychology) from the University of Pennsylvania. Her clinical background includes stress and pain management, cognitive-behavior therapy, and neuropsychology. Her current research focuses on cognitive and emotional elements of human information processing in the context of ethical decision-making.
