Julie is the Countway Research Data Services Librarian with the Harvard Library. Julie serves as a subject expert, providing direct support to biomedical and public health researchers in navigating the data landscape.
Julie works with researchers in the sciences interested in writing data management and sharing plans, and partners with them to plan for the management of their data throughout the lifecycle of their research project. She consults on research data management issues and assists researchers with citing and publishing their data. Julie is a certified Carpentries Instructor, involved in Open Access journal publishing, and an experienced online course instructor.
This course covers the core norms, principles, regulations, and rules governing the practice of research.
This course offers retraining on the RCR Basic course.
This course provides learners with an understanding of how to improve study design, collect and analyze data, and promote reproducible research.
