Rubi is currently the Manager for the Clinical Research Protections Office at City of Hope, in which she serves as a resource and provides direction, education, committee oversight, and regulatory guidance to City of Hope researchers, committee members, and staff. Rubi holds a Masters degree in the field of Health Policy and Law and has worked in the field of human subjects research and health care compliance for several years. Much of her research work has been focused in the area of digital health, research ethics, and data privacy.
