Tristan McIntosh, PhD

Dr. McIntosh is a workplace psychologist and ethics scholar who leads grant-funded research on ethical, social, and professional issues in scientific research and medicine at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. Her work identifies practical solutions that address challenges related to cultivating ethical and healthy research environments, effectively leading and managing scientific teams, professional decision-making, and the responsible conduct of research. She also conducts research on ways different stakeholders can responsibly navigate academia-industry partnerships in the development and commercialization of brain technologies. Additionally, Dr. McIntosh designs and delivers education initiatives for researchers on these topics.
