Ms. Padgett is a senior research scientist at SurveyMonkey, where she conducts public opinion research and brand health tracking, and consults on survey best practices within the SurveyMonkey platform. Her research interests include questionnaire design, sensitive questions, hard-to-reach populations, and innovative practices for web-based surveys. Ms. Padgett previously worked at the American Institutes for Research and ICF, where she primarily contributed to the design and analysis of federal surveys for the Department of Education and other federal statistical programs. She holds a Master’s degree in Survey Methodology from the University of Maryland.
