The Office for Human Research Protections (OHRP) recently released the guidance, “General Instructions on the Informed Consent Posting Requirement (45 CFR 46.116(h)).” The first of two sections reviews the scope of the instructions including when these instructions apply and where its requirements can be posted to satisfy 45 CFR 46.116(h). The second section outlines general instructions for complying with 45 CFR 46.116(h) of the 2018 Requirements in 4 parts including:
