CITI Managed is an optional feature where an organization’s content delivery is structured, updated, and maintained by CITI Program. It reduces administrative burden, enhances compliance, and ensures individuals receive necessary training to excel in their roles.
When an organization implements CITI Managed, our system applies the standard implementation of our content offerings. Standard implementation refers to how the authors intend the course to be presented. For example, course enrollment questions would be standardized, and course modules would be automatically set to required, supplemental, or elective, as recommended. This implementation allows for easy setup, with CITI Program managing your content and its delivery when customization is not required. Submitting selection forms or additional documentation can now be a thing of the past.
It is important to note that when utilizing CITI Managed, organizations retain control over when learners receive expiring training reminders. Organizations also maintain control of the expiration period associated with the awarded certificate.
