Eric F. Wagner, PhD, JD joined the Duke University Office of Licensing and Ventures (OLV) in May 2009. As a registered patent attorney, his responsibilities include the preparing and prosecuting of patent applications, assisting OLV staff regarding patent and licensing matters, as well as the management of intellectual assets owned by Duke University. Dr. Wagner has over 20 years experience in patent law in both private and corporate practice. Dr. Wagner received his Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University and his B.S. in Biochemistry from Purdue University. In addition, he holds a Ph.D. in Immunology from Brown University.
