The Business Systems Analyst position is in the Office of Animal Welfare Assurance at Massachusetts General Hospital. This position supports the regulatory office responsible for research projects conducted at the hospital. Primary responsibilities for this role are defining, communicating, and testing changes and updates to custom IACUC protocol submission and review software. This includes writing business requirements documents, consensus-building across institutions, and acting as point-of-contact for software development teams. Experience with other systems and communication tools such as WordPress, Constant Contact, REDCap, and MicroStrategy, Adobe & Microsoft Office Suite strongly desired.
