Single Sign On (SSO)

With Single Sign On (SSO), your learners can access the CITI Program training site using their familiar organizational login credentials, eliminating the need to remember additional passwords and reducing the time spent on login recovery. Here’s how SSO supports both learners and administrators:

  • Ease of Access: Affiliates log in through your organization’s system, creating a smooth, familiar entry point into CITI Program courses.
  • Reduced Administrative Burden: Fewer login issues and higher compliance rates thanks to simplified access.
  • Enhanced Security: Uses widely-recognized security protocols that meet global standards, ensuring secure entry.

For organizations that are members of InCommon, or by extension members of eduGAIN, and which require no special data cleanups or programming modifications, there is a one-time implementation charge of $500, plus an annual maintenance fee of $150. We support other standard SSO approaches starting at a cost of $1000 for implementation, and the same annual fee.
