This course is the NSF SECURE Center’s Annual/Refresher Training Module (ARTM). The ARTM is a refresher version of the SECURE Center’s Consolidated Training Module (CTM), which is also available through CITI Program (the Research Security Training (Combined) course). The refresher course retains key messaging from the CTM and adds case studies and information based on questions from researchers in focus groups the SECURE Center conducted. The refresher course takes 30 minutes or less to complete, and is designed to meet the CHIPS and Science Act requirements. Institutions have the option of using the refresher course as their primary research security training or as an annual refresher in follow-up to the CTM (or other research security training).
