Aaron Kirby is the Director of Regulatory Affairs Operations for the Regulatory Foundations, Ethics and Law Program at Harvard Catalyst. In this role, Aaron leads the establishment of multiple Regulatory working groups and ensures effective collaboration within Harvard Medical School and its affiliates. He also works closely with SMART IRB leadership to identify, develop, and disseminate resources with a focus on improving the efficiency and integrity of Reviewing IRBs and Relying Institutions. Aaron has led regulatory knowledge initiatives related to research ethics, data safety and quality, protection of human subjects, and education outreach.
