Dr. Antes is a workplace psychologist and Associate Professor of Medicine at Washington University School of Medicine in the Bioethics Research Center. She leads grant-funded research on leadership and management practices among scientists and the responsible conduct of research. Dr. Antes also conducts empirical bioethics research on patient perceptions of healthcare innovations facilitated by advances in data science and artificial intelligence. Dr. Antes directs career development programs for researchers that assist them in establishing an intentional approach to mentoring and creating a positive research environment. Her work aims to support learning, discovery, inclusion, and rigorous, responsible research in scientific teams.
