Ana I. Fins, PhD is a clinical health psychologist and Professor in the College of Psychology at Nova Southeastern University. Her clinical and research interests are in the field of behavioral sleep medicine, and she codirects an insomnia clinic at NSU. For over 18 years she has been training students in the application of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia and other behavioral sleep medicine intervention strategies. For almost a decade, Dr. Fins was actively involved at her university’s Institutional Review Board, serving as both member and chair.
