Western Washington University
With transferable leadership strategies from 30+ years of experience, I look to solve problems and set aspirational goals collaboratively through creating robust working relationships. I practice integrated leadership through modeling a balanced personal/professional work life, thereby strengthening others’ commitment to and trust in a healthier workplace. I help organizations develop policies, streamline SOPs, conduct effective educational outreach, and increase efficiencies while boosting morale, and enhancing cultural diversity. I continue to teach in the academic classroom for Seattle University, and I also present regularly at regional and national conferences on ethical practices in human participant research.
