Anne Reed, MS, EdD (ABD)

Anne Reed is the founding Director of the Office of Micro-Credentials at the University at Buffalo. Since establishing the office, she has built a scalable, governance-driven framework for developing and implementing micro-credentials, supporting a growing portfolio of over 100 offerings. She has held advisory and leadership roles for national committees, served as keynote speaker at academic and professional conferences, and consulted on micro-credential strategy across the U.S. and internationally. Driven by a strong commitment to access, her scholarship and leadership center on the advancement of flexible, learner-centered credentials that strengthen and extend, rather than disrupt, traditional models in higher education.
