After starting her career in the lab, She moved to environmental health and safety (EHS). She has practiced EHS in precision oncology, production and R&D labs, healthcare, and industrial manufacturing settings for over 20 years. As a result, she built and maintained comprehensive, compliant environment, health, and safety (EHS) programs, with the goal of motivating teams to lean into safety. She passionately connects with team members at all levels to fostered a culture of safety and a positive workplace environment.
