Christopher Lehmann, PhD

Dr. Christopher Lehmann is the Research Integrity Officer and coordinator of Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) education at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, where he promotes research ethics and a culture of research integrity. His education and training are in Civil and Environmental Engineering. He previously held several positions within the Illinois State Water Survey, including as Laboratory Director and Quality Assurance Manager. He continues to be involved in international research collaboratives related to water quality, air pollution, and sustainable technology. Dr. Lehmann is a member of the Association of Research Integrity Officers (ARIO) and co-leads ARIO’s RCR interest group.
