Heather Mc Fadden, PhD

Dr. Mc Fadden is a Compliance Manager at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She has a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis in Higher Education, with over 15 years of expertise in research integrity. She has developed federally responsive Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) curricula, led policy analysis and implementation, and collaborated with peer institutions to strengthen national understanding of RCR. She contributes actively to the Big Ten Academic Alliance RCR Collaborative, the ARIO RCR interest Group, and the Online Ethics Center’s Scholars, Educators, and Administrators Fostering Research Integrity Community of Practice, advancing best practices in RCR education.
