Jaime Hernandez, JD, MBE

Jaime Hernandez is the Founder and Chief Consulting Officer of Practical Ethics-Research Solutions. In his more than 20 years in the field of research ethics and compliance, Jaime served as a Senior Policy Analyst at OHRP. Prior to that, he was a Senior Research Investigator at Penn’s Department of Medical Ethics and a commercial litigator at Hughes Hubbard and Reed, LLP. He obtained his JD at the University of California, Berkeley, and his Master’s in Bioethics at the University of Pennsylvania. He has been celebrated for his ability to find creative solutions to complex regulatory challenges.
