Jeff Kaufman, PhD, MS, PAS

Jeff is a scientist, nutritionist, and leader who directs technical services and research on natural feed additive applications. He educates and leads the animal agriculture and pet industries on nutritional strategies and how to apply them to improve animal health and production. His academic background in animal science and biology mostly focused on dairy cow nutrition and immunology. He has spent his academic and professional careers developing a broad knowledge and practical expertise in using nutraceutical and nutritional strategies in livestock and animal nutrition industries. His current passions are the interrelations of microbiology, immunology, and nutrition.
