Jessica Cranfill is an Instructional Design professional with a Master’s Degree in Adult Learning and experience in curriculum design, educational program management, and eLearning development. Over the past 10 years, she has been in learning and development roles with Appalachian State University, North Carolina State University, and Duke University. In her role as Manager of Education and Outreach in the Duke Office of Clinical Research, Jessica has been developing onboarding and continuing education programs related to participant engagement and retention for clinical research professionals and consulting with other academic medical centers to share educational tools since February, 2020.
