Jim Hamrick is an international educational consultant, providing services and support for universities, not for profits, and professional associations in the areas of international student recruitment and English language program administration. He is the retired Director of the English Language Institute at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He also worked at Saginaw Valley State University and the University of South Carolina. He has served on boards and commissions of AIRC, CEA, and EnglishUSA. He holds a PhD in Higher Education from the University of Michigan and an MA in TESOL from Georgetown University.
