Kara Sage has worked in higher education for 13 years, serving in both faculty and administrative roles. She received a PhD and MS in developmental psychology from the University of Oregon and an MEd from the University of Washington. She has taught many courses in psychology and education, served as chair and program director of psychology programs and the IRB, published 20+ scholarly works within the fields of media, educational, and developmental psychology, and mentored many students and faculty along the way. Her professional engagements include serving as section editor for a major psychology journal and committee work with APA.
