Kathy Loper, MHS, MT(ASCP)

Kathy Loper serves as the Director of Regulatory Affairs for NMDP, a nonprofit providing life-saving cellular therapies to patients. Kathy brings 25 years of experience in biological product manufacturing to this role and works closely with regulatory agencies, professionals, and other organizations to move the industry forward. She is passionate about the potential of cellular therapy and has authored numerous publications, technical manuals and training programs. Kathy is committed to life long learning and enjoys mentoring others.
