Kindra Cooper is an IRB Chairperson at Advarra where she provides analysis and guidance on complex ethical issues arising in clinical research and human participant protection. Kindra previously served as Senior Regulatory Counsel for Quorum, IRB. Her areas of expertise include regulation of medical devices including wearable devices and mobile apps, eConsent, and End User License Agreements (EULAs) in clinical research. Kindra earned her law degree from the University of Washington School of Law. She also holds a Master of Arts in Bioethics and Health Policy from Loyola University and a Master of Public Administration from The George Washington University.
