Lou Bartolo, DNP, MSN, RN

Lou is a leader in healthcare quality and regulatory affairs specifically stem cell transplant and cellular therapy. He is the Senior Regulatory Affairs Associate at the NMDP. Lou is President of Maryland Nurses Association and Johns Hopkins Nurses’ Alumni Association. Lou serves on the Johns Hopkins University Alumni Council and American Nurses Association PAC Board of Trustees. Lou completed his Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Loyola University New Orleans, received MSN from the Johns Hopkins University, and holds a MS in Health Promotion. Lou is a 2025 Health Care Heroes Nurse of the Year and member of ACHE and AABB.
