Ballad Health
Dr. Quincy J. Byrdsong is the Vice President for Research Operations at Ballad Health in Johnson City, Tennessee where he has operational responsibility for providing the full spectrum of research administration, operations, and compliance leadership for the Ballad Health research enterprise. He holds a Doctor of Education from Tennessee State University, is a Certified Institutional Review Board Professional, and a Certified Clinical Research Professional. Dr. Byrdsong is a Past President of the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA) and currently serves on the Board of Directors for both the Association for the Accreditation of Human Research Protection Programs (AAHRPP) and Public Responsibility in Medicine and Research (PRIM&R).
