Sarah Milligan, MPA, CRA

Sarah Milligan is a Senior Associate at Attain Partners with over ten years of experience in Higher Education and Research Administration, focusing on pre-award and non-financial post-award research administration. Prior to joining Attain Partners, Sarah was Senior College Grant Officer in the Office of Sponsored Project Administration at the University of Kentucky, primarily serving the Gatton College of Business and Economics and the College of Social work. Sarah is a Certified Research Administrator and holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Public Administration from Eastern Kentucky University.
