Tom is a globally recognized leader in education research, policy, and entrepreneurship, with a track record of leading education research studies, creating strategic partnerships and raising funds to support education initiatives. Tom has held leadership positions in universities, urban government, not-for-profit agencies, and private companies. He currently runs his own consulting practice, Assessment Solutions LLC where he supports organizations and companies. Tom teaches Education Consulting and Entrepreneurship at NYU. He received his Ph.D. in Political Science from the New School for Social Research in New York City and his BA. from NYU. Tom was a Fulbright fellow in Bologna, Italy.
