Tiffany Cunningham, JD

Tiffany Cunningham has over 17 years of experience in research administration, financial management, and compliance at Penn State. She began her career in research administration and later managed a high-visibility $135M U.S. Department of Energy award. She has served as Financial Officer for the College of Education, the Office of the President and Provost, and Penn State Information Technology. She currently serves as the inaugural Director of the Financial Analysis and Compliance Office. She holds a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Vassar College and is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania.
