Ms. Tracy Arwood serves as the Associate Vice President and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Clemson University, where she leads an enterprise-wide ethics and compliance program. Previously, as Assistant Vice President for Research, she managed various research integrity and safety functions and served as the RIO. Her earlier role as Director of Regulatory Compliance at Mississippi State University included representation on the MSU IRB, informed by her Ombudsman experience in the Virginia Department of Corrections. An accomplished speaker, Ms. Arwood often presents at industry conferences and co-authors training curriculum. She holds BS and MS degrees in Criminal Justice.
