It also provides information about resources for researchers and discusses strategies to build strong and diverse research teams, while facilitating more diverse and inclusive research practices.

Nancy maintains an ongoing commitment to build strong and diverse research teams and promote inclusive practices in research. She develops training to guide and mentor researchers. Nancy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania.
