Association for Practical and Professional Ethics (APPE) 2026 Conference

The Association for Practical and Professional Ethics (APPE) has announced a call for proposals for its annual conference, centered on the theme “What Do We Owe Each Other?” The conference will explore ethical responsibilities in an increasingly complex world, examining how obligations to others are understood and enacted across personal, professional, and societal contexts.

Proposed sessions are encouraged to address how ethical responsibilities evolve during times of crisis and uncertainty, as well as how individuals and organizations navigate questions of moral responsibility in both high-stakes and everyday situations.

The conference will include an Opening Plenary, Keynote address, concurrent sessions, an opening reception, and various pre-conference opportunities.
