World Conference on Research Integrity

The 9th World Conference on Research Integrity (WCRI) will take place May 3–6, 2026, in Vancouver, Canada, bringing together a global community focused on responsible research practices. Open to participants across all disciplines, career stages, and professional roles, WCRI convenes academics, practitioners, and policymakers from universities, research institutions, funding bodies, publishers, and government organizations. The conference features an interactive program that blends research findings, reflective discussion, and policy development.

While each WCRI highlights specific themes, the program consistently addresses the full spectrum of research integrity and responsible research practice issues.

The Vancouver edition will highlight the following three themes:

1. Artificial Intelligence
2. Research Security
3. Indigenous Knowledge Systems
