Alexa McClellan is the Associate Director of Research Foundations at CITI Program. She focuses on developing content related to academic and clinical research compliance, including human subjects research, animal care and use, responsible conduct of research, and conflict of interests. Alexa has over 17 years of experience working in research administration in higher education. Before joining CITI Program, Alexa served as the Assistant Director of Research Integrity at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Alexa received her MA in English from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and her BA in English from Southern Adventist University.
