Description

Want to know what Medicare considers fraud and abuse? This course provides learners with ways to identify activities that Medicare considers fraud and abuse. The course also explores provisions and penalties associated with fraud and abuse. It concludes with prevention methods and ways to report fraud and abuse.

This new course joins CITI Program’s Federal Fraud and Abuse Laws course and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services course, Combating Medicare Parts C and D Fraud, Waste, and Abuse as part of our Fraud, Waste, and Abuse series.
