Please note the next steps in the order process:
- A member of the CITI Program sales team will contact you via email within two business days to acknowledge receipt of your order (the sender is sales@citiprogram.org).
- The billing department will send the sales order via email (the sender is admin@citiprogram.org). The sales order will contain payment options and instructions.
- Upon receipt of payment, our Help Desk will reach out via email regarding next steps to set up the training (the sender is support@citiprogram.org).
Note: If you have not received a confirmation email or payment details within five (5) business days, we recommend checking your spam folder.
