Terri Richards, MA, REP

Terri Richards has 12+ years of Emergency Management experience in planning and response operations. She has 5 years of experience in radiological emergency preparedness, including some in Health Physics. She has continued to volunteer with the North Carolina Radiological Emergency Volunteer Corp and the local Medical Reserve Corp while she works toward her PhD in Public Policy with a cognate in National Security and a focus on Nuclear Nonproliferation.
