Alyssa B. Greenwald is a Senior Associate General Counsel at Yale University. Her work focuses primarily in the practice areas of Corporate Transactions and Governance, International Law, Health Law, and Research Compliance. Prior to Yale, Alyssa conducted internal investigations and advised clients in Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters, including voluntary disclosures to the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Alyssa earned her BA from Yale College, her JD, cum laude, from Duke Law School, her LLM in International & Comparative Law from Duke Law School, and her MA in Political Science from Duke University.
