Served on DHHS Secretary’s Advisory Committee on Human Research Protections Subpart A Subcommittee, and as chair of the National Cancer Institute Pediatric Central IRB. Currently member of AAHRPP Council on Accreditation, previously served on PRIMR Board of Directors. Faculty member for both PRIMR and AAHRPP annual conferences, and co-developed several PRIMR educational programs. Founding member of CITI, co-developed Vulnerable Subjects research course. Co-edited 3rd edition of “IRB: Management and Function”; author of numerous papers, chapters, review articles regarding ethics and human subject protections
