Prior to joining the HRP Consulting Group as a Senior Consultant, Judy served as the AVP for Research Compliance at Stony Brook University for 30 years, responsible for research involving humans, animals, rsNAM, stem cells, radioactive drugs, DURC, RCR, research misconduct, and COI. Judy was IO for the HRPP, Deputy IO for Animal Welfare, and the RIO for the University. She has been a contributor for CITI since 2001. She served on the Council of AAHRPP as well as a site visitor and team leader for eight years. She received her M.S. in Behavioral Neuroscience from Northwestern University in 1986.
