Michael Petillo is a founding partner and Principal Consultant for CES Partnership, LLC providing services that support non-profit, community-based, grassroots, and tribal organizations with evaluation, research, capacity building, and sustainability. As an online instructor and research coordinator, Michael has helped students navigate university and tribal IRB processes. With 18 years of experience in mixed methods program evaluation, research project leadership, and international community development, his scholarship focuses on culturally responsive and equitable evaluation, supporting Indigenous nation self-determination and sovereignty, and working with diverse communities within an anti-racist, decolonial praxis. Michael co-authored a CITI course on Focus Group Interviews.
