Previously, Natalie spent 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, where she worked in preclinical in vivo neuroscience research and ran a global 3Rs program where she led an effort to optimize the integration of digital home cage monitoring technologies. Natalie is passionate about leading opportunities for continuous improvements in research animal welfare and scientific practices and inspiring teams toward collaborative success.
