Natalie Bratcher-Petersen manages the Digital In Vivo Alliance, a precompetitive consortium uniting pharmaceutical industry leaders, innovative biotech entities, and public sector representatives advancing digital measures for preclinical in vivo research through their development, validation, adoption, and regulatory acceptance. Previously, Natalie spent 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, where she worked in preclinical in vivo neuroscience research and ran a global 3Rs program where she led an effort to optimize the integration of digital home cage monitoring technologies. Natalie is passionate about leading opportunities for continuous improvements in research animal welfare and scientific practices and inspiring teams toward collaborative success.
