Phillip M. Randall, PhD, CGP

Phillip M. Randall, PhD, CPG, is an experienced executive and an internationally recognized author, speaker, and executive coach. He is currently the Managing Partner of The Thorndyke Group, a human resources consultancy specializing in individual and organizational effectiveness. He is the product of four major careers, spanning over 50 years with experience in business, technology, higher education, and government. In each of his many roles, he served as a change agent. He received his BA from Youngstown State University, his MA from the University of Michigan, and a PhD from the University of Akron.
