Stephanie Martin is the South Georgia Whale Project Manager for the Wild Water Whales project studying humpback whale recovery at the British Antarctic Survey (BAS). She has spent more than two decades working aboard expedition vessels as an expedition leader, Zodiac driver, and naturalist in some of the most remote corners of the world. Before joining BAS, she served as Environmental-Conservation Policy Officer for Tristan da Cunha, where she helped advance one of the world’s largest marine protection zones. She loves sharing her passion for the ocean wherever she happens to be in the world.
