Lisa C. Martinez is a board certified Internal Medicine physician and is currently an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Florida Atlantic University Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine where she directs the Foundations of Medicine Course, covering the clinical sciences in the first two years of medical school. She has been actively involved in graduate medical education throughout her career, and currently teaches internal medicine residents both in the hospital and in clinics. Her passion is care for under-served populations, preventive health and medical education.
