Employer Terms and Conditions:
- Employer shall be responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and removal of any employment requirements that are placed on CITI Program Job Board.
- Employer shall present on the CITI Program Board only genuine existing employment requirements with Employer and to notify CITI Program promptly when a job position posted on the CITI Program Job Board has been filled.
- The CITI Program Job Board is a passive conduit for employers to advertise job opportunities and for employees to access and respond directly to such employers through links directed to the employer’s website. CITI Program assumes no responsibility or liability for any personnel selected by Employer and Employer represents that any selection, retention or hire of any individual or entity is based solely on Employer’s investigation, verification, and determination that such hire is suitable for Employer’s purposes.
- CITI Program reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in CITI Program’ sole discretion.
- No advertisement submitted by Employer shall reflect, imply, or contribute to any discriminatory actions, practices, or improper bias. CITI Program reserves the right to edit any advertisement to remove any such offending language or implication.
- Employer shall take sole responsibility to assure that the content of its advertising is true and accurate and conforms to all applicable laws, standards and regulations and Employer represents and warrants to CITI Program that it has all necessary authorization for the placement of the entire content of its advertising within the site. CITI Program may however decline any advertising or discontinue further publication of any advertising, at any time and for any reason, and shall not be liable in any manner as a result of such action.
- Advertisements submitted by Employer must be in compliance with all applicable equal employment opportunity laws including the anti-discrimination provision of the Immigration and Naturalization Act. - Employer agrees that it will not, and will not enable or authorize any third party, by virtue of the CITI Program Job Board, to:
- Ask for social security, protected information, illegal information in your region or solicit sensitive information not part of the traditional hiring process on any job posting
- Post jobs targeted at children or teenagers (younger than 18). It is against our policies to advertise such posts to on our site
- Harass, stalk, or contact any applicant after they have asked not to be contacted
- CITI Program shall, under no circumstances, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages that may result from the use of the CITI Program Job Board, including, without limitation, use or reliance upon any information contained on the CITI Program website, interruptions, errors, defects, omissions non-delivery of information, disclosure of communications or any other failure of performance of any kind. You agree to release Biomedical Research Alliance of New York LLC, including its division known as CITI Program, and its members, directors, and employees from all claims, causes of action, lawsuits, liability, damages, or other responsibility, known and unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated, from the beginning of time until the present, arising out of your use of any CITI Program Job Board or the content contained therein. You agree to indemnify CITI Program, its members, directors, and employees and hold them harmless from any cost, claim, liability, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and related costs) arising out of or relating in any manner to your (i) violation of this agreement or (ii) use of the CITI Program Job Board.
